This 2,400 square foot facility will soon be flooded with students enrolled at Armstrong School District’s brand new Junior-Senior High School. The inaugural year of the newly constructed school will begin in about a month, uniting students who formerly attended the smaller Kittanning and Ford City High Schools. The all-new strength and conditioning room includes equipment from some of the top of the line names in the industry, like Dynamic Fitness, Power Lift, Escape Fitness, Precor, York Barbell, and Kraiburg.
James Rummel, the Senior High School Principal at Armstrong, worked closely with our local rep Robbie Waller to plan and implement the best solution for this new facility. After the final installation Rummel stated,
“It has been a great experience working with Advantage Sport & Fitness and Robbie Waller. They helped us design a fitness room that everyone can be proud of. Our physical education department and athletic teams will benefit from this room immensely.”
The vision for this fitness facility grew both from the Physical Education department’s specific curriculum requirements and the training needs outlined by the school’s athletic coaches. After nearly two full years of construction, this facility will deliver results for students of all ages and abilities.
