Bozzuto’s High-End Glasshouse Apartments in Downtown Pittsburgh Feature a Luxury Fitness Center
Rising five stories above the Monongahela River in downtown Pittsburgh, Glasshouse is a premium apartment community boasting stunning riverfront and city skyline views. From their desirable South Shore location to an opulent menu of on-site community amenities (coffee bar, outdoor communal kitchen, pet washing station, zero-edge pool, and more), residents have it all at their fingertips.
In January of 2018, Advantage began partnering with the community’s developers and architects to plan and design a fitness space that would exceed the high expectations of today’s residents. Creating a designated space for functional training was top priority, which led to the addition of a side studio outfitted with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, yoga and strength training accessories, and The One: a customized Queenax functional training tower. The One is decked out with a variety of tools, such as TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, and a plyometric platform. In the adjoining fitness space, we provided a selection of Precor’s Experience Series cardio along with Vitality (dual-motion, i.e. leg extension/leg curl) and Discovery Series strength stations.
Today, Glasshouse proudly provides residents with “epic views and all the extras,” including a state-of-the-art fitness space.
This community was developed by High Street Residential and is managed by Bozzuto.
