Liberty Warehouse Apartments are a wonderful blend of downtown Durham’s chic and sophisticated urban living. We were so excited to create a fitness space that could seamlessly integrate into their beautiful and unique vibe.

The 1,475 square foot fitness amenity is equipped with Precor Experience Series treadmills and ellipticals, complete with the new state-of-the-art P82 consoles and innovative MyUI software suite, a selectorized strength line from Inflight Fitness, Expresso’s VR bike, and accessories from Escape Fitness. The offering is a great fit for the community’s blend of innovation with historic elements, and the new fitness space has been well received by the residents so far.
