In a year that was anything but predictable, the athletic department at South Florence decided to create a positive change for their students and athletes. Initiated by a superintendent who wanted to go above and beyond to support athletics in the South Florence School District, this project took a well-worn training facility and turned it into a Strength Coach’s dream.
