The Atlantic Apartments on Avenue of the Arts in Center City Philadelphia accounted for every detail when designing their black and white luxury fitness center.

Along a window-lined wall draped with cove-lit sheer curtains runs a row of 17 cardio stations, including Precor’s top-of-the-line P82 pieces in the latest Black Pearl colors. Arranged around marble columns under crystal chandeliers are 25 black-on-black Precor Discovery Series selectorized and plate-loaded stations, and against the backdrop of a living green wall stands a free weight area with custom branded UMAX dumbbells and plates. A functional training area on a black turf floor is outfitted with boxing equipment, TRX suspension trainers and Escape Fitness accessories. On the opposite end of the room, a glassed-in studio space provides residents with private, on-demand access to a full suite of fitness classes with a Wellbeats video fitness system, Precor Spinner® bikes, and accessories .
