Community associations, like other businesses and organizations, are slowly starting to reopen facilities and amenities as coronavirus stay-at-home orders begin to lift in some areas. Kim Hamilton, our Business Development Manager in Pennsylvania, was recently invited by Tony Campisi of the Community Associations Institute’s Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter, to discuss how to reopen gyms and fitness centers, and operate them safely, while coronavirus continues to be a threat.

The Atlantic Apartments Bring Fitness Luxury to Philadelphia's Housing Scene
The Atlantic Apartments on Avenue of the Arts in Center City Philadelphia accounted for every detail when designing their black and white luxury fitness center. Along a window-lined wall draped with cove-lit sheer curtains runs a row of 17 cardio stations, including Precor’s top-of-the-line P82 pieces in the latest black pearl colorway.

Rising above the adjacent Ben Franklin Bridge, Bridge on Race Apartments offers new living in Philadelphia’s Old City neighborhood. While the high-rise building is surrounded by history, it’s built to meet the innovative standards of today. Among the many amenities residents enjoy, the Bridge features a modern 1,200 square foot fitness center with a skyline view.

Masonic Villages is a community on a 1,400 acre campus in Lancaster, PA offering charitable retirement services. Set on a farm, the village is a peaceful place that is busting at the seams with amenities for its residents. When they came to us to help them with what had become an outdated fitness offering, we were more than happy to lend a hand.
