Daren is a bronze medalist from the 2005 Pan-American Games in Freestyle, a two-time Olympic trial qualifier and a three-time U.S. Open Greco All American. Now he uses his extensive athletic background to serve our customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. He loves being able to help clients meet their goals!

Prior to ASF, Daren was the assistant wrestling coach at Appalachian State University from 2012-2014, the assistant wrestling coach at a 501(c)3 non-profit youth club, “Youth, Education & Sport” from 2011-2012, and the assistant wrestling coach at UNC Greensboro from 2008-2011. While attending the University of North Carolina Greensboro for a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Daren was a four-time Southern Conference Champion in wrestling and a four time NCAA qualifier.

Daren and his wife, Caitlin, reside in the Hickory, NC area with their boys, Keller and Nolan.
