After taking several years off to raise her two beautiful children, Teresa is back at Advantage and hard at work! She is absolutely loving all the hats she gets to wear, loves new construction and the creativity it affords her. She is thrilled to being able to deliver all the new and exciting fitness products that make fitness more accessible to the public.

Prior to ASF, Teresa started in the early 90’s as a personal trainer when she got her Personal Training certification from the Cooper Institute. She worked her way up to Fitness Director, then moved to DC and began her career in selling fitness equipment. Teresa also owned and ran a hair salon which really gave her insight into issues that are important to her clients from a marketing and profitability point of view.

Outside of work, Teresa spends as much time with her family as she can. She also loves working on her own home construction projects as a form of relaxation.
