Serenité at Camelback set out to craft a fitness amenity that responds intuitively to members’ needs while exceeding member expectations. Every element, from sleek, high-performance equipment to carefully considered finishes, was designed to impress and delight. The space harmonizes seamlessly with the clubhouse’s other other premium amenities.

Project leads consulted industry experts and reviewed competitors to find the right fitness partner.  Advantage proved to be a natural fit, combining technical skill with a shared vision for a fitness center that complements the clubhouse’s upscale offerings.

Advantage Hospitality Sales Manager, Christine Watson, guided the project through multiple layouts and product considerations, ensuring every aspect met the highest standards. Every revision brought  the layout closer to meeting practical needs while reflecting the sophistication of the clubhouse.The result is a space that transforms how the fitness center supports wellness, lifestyle, and community.

The design and features of the room itself are impressive: wooded mountain views, sunlight flooding in along the row of cardio, timeless exposed beams, and modern lighting. Like many of Serenité’s amenities, these choices blend sleek elegance with comforting warmth, setting a tone that naturally draws residents into sync with the space—whether they’re unwinding by the fireplace, treating themselves to a spa service, or finding focus during a workout. Step inside, and the fitness center is alive with motion. A member on a strict training regimen can move from the Precor Resolute Multi-Station to the dumbbells and benches, maximizing the strength layout for efficient, targeted workouts. Another member focused on health and vitality may flow from the Precor treadmill to the Peloton Bike+ and Row, leveraging touchscreen consoles and engaging content to customize each session.
