A Fitness Amenity for Atlanta’s King & Queen Towers
The King and Queen towers at Concourse Corporate Center have become a hallmark of Atlanta’s skyline. Their iconic crowns are instantly recognizable, but the towers are more than architectural landmarks—they’re part of a 63-acre mixed-use development managed by Regent Partners, which includes a hotel, dining, walking paths, childcare, and modern amenities.
When Regent Partners was ready to add a truly premium fitness amenity for King and Queen building tenants, they turned to Candace Pettit and the Advantage team to bring it to life.
“We sought to deliver a top-of-market, class A amenity to our clients.”

Royal Treatment
Designing a fitness offering for a property of this scale required coordination and intentional planning. Candace worked closely with Andrew Allman and his team to review layout options, analyze market trends, and ensure the environment met the needs of tenants.
From corporate professionals squeezing in a mid-day workout to parents stopping by between childcare pick-ups or small teams engaging in a quick group session, each user finds an area to fit their routine. The space now works as hard as the people who use it, supporting every routine and every goal.
Crown Jewels
The equipment lineup covers all training styles. The room includes cardio favorites like Precor treadmills, ellipticals, and the Peloton Bike+, plus a full range of strength pieces from the Precor Resolute and Discovery Lines. There’s also generous space for bodyweight work, HIIT circuits, and stretching—all supported by Ecore Athletic UltraTile flooring for durability, noise reduction, and shock absorption.
“We spent a good bit of energy discussing recent trends in the market and preferred equipment selections from cardio to strength all the way down to the flooring specifications. Advantage’s knowledge and recommendations were extremely helpful in the complete fit out.”

Every detail—from machine type to layout—was chosen to complement the high standards of the property and deliver a seamless fitness experience for each user.
Regal Style
More than just an equipment lineup dreams are made of, the room has its own pulse. Light-filled and airy, with a vantage that turns every treadmill sprint into a view from the top, it’s a space built for movement and inspiration.
Beyond its performance benefits, the flooring introduces a refined contrast that complements the bright, clean aesthetic and pulls the whole space together.
Reigning Success
Since opening, the facility has been embraced by tenants of the King and Queen towers. Usage is high, and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the convenience, quality, and thoughtful design.
The fitness center complements the property’s full suite of amenities, reinforcing the idea that wellness is an integral part of everyday work and life.
Only the Best for the King & Queen
The fitness amenity for the King and Queen buildings reflects careful planning, expertise, and meticulous execution. Our team’s guidance from start to finish paired with Regent Partners’ oversight and world-class development expertise created an amenity that sets a new standard for wellness.
This space shows how a mixed-use development can support health and fitness while fostering a daily environment that keeps people energized, engaged, and connected. It’s a space that works—for the people who use it, the buildings it represents, and the culture of the property as a whole.
“Delivering this corporate fitness space was a great example of how thoughtful design and the right equipment mix can transform workplace wellness. Our team worked shoulder-to-shoulder with the client to create a fitness plan that maximizes functionality, safety, and user experience. The final result is a space employees will be excited to use—and that’s the ultimate measure of success.”
