Since first outfitting the resort’s fitness center in 2005, Advantage has worked closely with Mohonk, providing preventive maintenance, equipment updates, and ongoing consultation — always with Precor equipment at the core of the facility, delivering the performance and reliability the property depends on. That partnership continued in 2025 with a comprehensive refresh, modernizing strength and cardiovascular offerings while preserving the space’s layout, flow, and character.
A Collaborative Process
Planning began well over a year before installation. Advantage provided guidance on equipment selection and layout, incorporating guest feedback while maintaining safety and flow throughout the space. Visits, measurements, 2D layouts, and thoughtful recommendations ensured that the facility would meet both operational and aesthetic standards.

The refresh also earned national recognition, securing first place in a USA Today Readers’ Choice Award, further reinforcing the property’s commitment to guest satisfaction and experience.
