Mitch joined Advantage in August 2006 and is about to reach 17 years with the company. With his experience in the industry, he brings knowledge and flair to schools and universities in Western/Central New York and Central Pennsylvania. Mitch’s favorite thing about his job is designing new fitness spaces and especially seeing the excitement that the end-result generates!
Prior to ASF, Mitch was the Assistant Coach for Ohio State Wrestling for 8 years. He was also Big Ten & NCAA Division I Wrestling Champion for Ohio State, inducted in 2011 to the Ohio State Athletic Hall of Fame, and High School National Champion in Wrestling out of Canton HS in Canton, NY. He started and continues to run Mitch Clark’s Boot Camp in 8 states.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking the High Peaks in the Adirondacks and plans to be an official 46’er in the near future. Mitch is also a world class Scrabble player and hot pepper connoisseur.
