Rob joined Advantage in the NYC & Long Island area in 2014, having just completed his third season as Head Wrestling Coach at Hofstra and his 12th year on the Pride staff in 2013-14. Since being at ASF, his favorite part of his job has been transforming old weight rooms into updated fitness centers.
Prior to ASF, He concluded his Hofstra tenure (assistant and head coaching) having helped lead the Pride to a 136-86-6 dual meet record and 10 conference championships. In addition, 76 student-athletes reached the NCAA Championships during his time on the Hofstra coaching staff. Rob, also a graduate of Hofstra University, was a student-athlete on the wrestling team all five years.
Outside of work, Rob is an extremely avid Seinfeld fan – just ask Bogumil! He also has two kids, Griffin and Georgia, whom he loves supporting at their sporting events.
